Welcome
Welcome to the Hawaii Statewide Transportation Plan website. This Project is to do an update of the 2002 Hawaii State Transportation Plan (HSTP). This Project aims to update the Transportation Planning goals, objectives, and process for transportation projects in Hawaii statewide, as they pertain to the three modal divisions of the State Department of Transportation: Airports, Harbors, & Highways.
It is believed that through contemporary and up-to-date planning goals and methods Transportation Planning in Hawaii can become a more productive and efficient system with open collaboration at the state and county levels.
